Doughnut Falls

After a not-so-great night of sleep at Redman, we headed down the canyon a bit to hike Doughnut Falls. We hiked this last year-- you can check out that experience here. We were thrilled to share it with the brothas this time. It proved to be helpful to have two extra sets of hands this time. :)

Can't beat waking up to this..
Our early bird.. a little cold in the morning. It was amazing how chilly it got at night. Wish my bedhead looked like that! She's one lucky girl.

Despite Drew's face, I'm pretty sure they enjoyed it. Even though Adam had a broken foot and bruised ribs. What champs!

Trekking along...

Luker loved the help from his Dad.

It was the most perfect day to hike.. not too hot and sunny. We did forget about the crazy crowds on Saturdays. Next time we'll stick to a Friday like last time.

When we reached the falls, the uncles didn't hesitate to help these kiddos. It definitely helped my paparazzi efforts!

Tickle torture.. somehow it's only fun when Dad does it. :)

Broken and not skipping a beat.

Doing what it takes, once again.

The brothas headed farther up the waterfall, while the kids played in the water. Luke could've thrown rocks all day.

We love Doughnut Falls. My goal next time... get a photo from behind the falls... with the water coming through the hole. Now that would be cool!
