San Diego: Day Two

We had a slow start on Day 2 and hit the park around lunch time. More rides.. more smiles.. more fun.

Justin and I split up.. I took Luke on "his" rides, while Mylie and Justin rode some coasters... and a few other cute things like this...
When we reunited.. Mylie and I rode a few more..
Mylie loved this... truly an understatement.
Next stop... the Aquarium.
Love these little touch 'n feel areas.. Luke definitely didn't love sharing his dad.
More lego stations along the way. Genius.
Stuck forever..
Luke's turn..
Venturing on his own... checking out the sea urchin.
Lego race track. The kids constructed their own vehicles and then raced 'em. So cool! Don't know what's more awesome about this photo..Mylie's excitement.. the gal picking her nose.. or the girl crying. Can't decide.
Load them up.
And the race is on.
Luke and I stayed there forever!
More coasters for J&M.. and some leisurely walks for Luke and me... he swung every chain we passed. This little pathway took almost 10 mins. :)
Miniland was pretty awesome... Luke was obsessed with the bus and just about climbed in there with it!
We closed the park down once again.. but we couldn't leave before our first mate Luker got a pic with the pirate.
On the way home we visited La Jolla Cove.. famous for sunbathing sea lions. Justin's gorgeous photos...
The kids were beyond spent by this point.. and I ruined Mylie's life by bringing her pants instead of a sweatshirt. Whoops. We didn't last too long, but we loved the views.
The perfect ending to another fun, yet exhausting day.
