The weekend of the 4th was full of fun for this little family. Seriously. Saturday we headed to Riverton Town Days for a few rides and to enjoy the firework show.
Luke's first serious ride. He was a little unsure of the up and down parts, but got used to it. Mylie was definitely in her element.. our little thrill seeker.
She ventured on a roller coaster all by herself... of course she chose the front. :)
Riding the cars are a must...
A motorcycle for this guy.. he's pretty much obsessed with them right now.

What's up with the random kid that's always in the back. Mylie wasn't too sure about it.
We walked around and played on the playground, waiting for the sun to go down...
Then we enjoyed a killer show. We laid on our backs and watched the fireworks right above us. Mylie was ready for bed at that point, but watched a little. Luke enjoyed it, but did yell "stop it!" from time to time. We gorged ourselves on treats and thoroughly enjoyed the moment.
