My little man is in full blown toddlerville and we're feeling the pains of it. I should mention the fun too! :)
Our little guy is beyond busy and constantly 'in' everything!
My drawers and cupboards are emptied multiple times a day... he throws food constantly (a few days ago it was an opened PB&honey in my hair.. not happy).. and he's on the rampage more than he's not.
But.. his cuddles before bedtime, his love of basketball, his silliness and story time keep us going!
After our workout yesterday, I gave Ethan a granola bar and jumped in the shower.
This guy was seriously hungry... he's the world's worst eater... but he desperately wanted to get in the shower with me. I proceeded to tell him he could get in, but he'd have to leave his granola bar on the counter.
I took it out of his hands so he could come in the shower... tantrums... gave it back but didn't let him in the shower.. tantrums.. this guy ended up just screaming and screaming outside my shower. Ugh.
At this point it had been over 5 mins of this game and I was done.
So I conceded and let him bring the granola bar in the shower with him... knowing that he'd throw another tantrum when it was soaked and wouldn't eat it but I was at a loss.
Well, my stubborn little guy proved me wrong.
He ate the soggy granola bar in the shower...like he had planned all along.
Who knew?! I'm happy I finally got the clue!
This boy is crazy, strong willed and hilarious. His gap tooth grin/nose scrunch is my favorite.
And it's the best when he covers his mouth with both hands when he thinks something is funny.
It's a good thing he has us laughing every other min!
Happy with a full tummy of a soggy granola bar.
His mischievous look.. that I see more often than not. :)
