Lately: Luke

New haircut for Luke! Honestly, I screwed up his hair... super bad. One of Justin's first comments was, "It's a nice bowl cut." Yikes! So, we took the clippers to it and he ended up with military short hair. This is about a week or so later. I can't believe how grown up he looks. After we gel it, he loves to show it off. Hilarious.

This guy is all over the place lately. I can't keep tabs on him.. he's into new things within seconds, which definitely keeps me on my toes and prevents me from getting much of my to-do list done. He's turning into quite the brute and I'm not too sure what to do about it! He's biting, pinching and pulling Mylie's hair constantly. Despite the fact that he thinks it's a game, he's been on more than one timeout.

He's seriously obsessed with basketball and says "basketball" nonstop all day long. He's actually getting pretty good. It's pretty sure loving basketball was mandatory. Like father, like son. Love that we have a hoop in our backyard for later.

He'll be 18 months next month and doing the nursery thing full time. I've been going with him the last few weeks for the second hour, but I head to YW during the third hour. At some point during that hour, he has a meltdown and they bring him to us. Hopefully, he'll be staying for the full time sooner than later.

The most exciting update... wait for it... Luke is finally sleeping through the night! Yes, it's a miracle. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it is. Thank you, Luke! It's a lot easier to be patient when you've had a full night's sleep. Justin will be ticked if I just jinxed us. :)

Love it! Love all of it!! What a cute boy.. what a fun update of your Luke. He sounds like a busy little guy. I am so happy that he is sleeping through the night for you. Lots of sleep equals a happy mom at this house. :)

Your blog is great and your kids are adorable! I laughed so hard at the "bum" picture. We sure are grateful that we are getting to know you guys. Every time we come home after hanging out with you, we talk about how much fun it was and how we want to continue to get to know you.
