Pictures with Santa
Cute Mylie has been plotting and planning her visit with Santa. She's saved a picture of a particular Tiana doll since this summer... yes this summer... so she could make her special request to Santa in person. It was so magical for her this year. I loved every second. Santa was so sweet... you could tell he loved how in awe she was. It was a special visit for both of them.
Luke on the other hand.. was in tears before he sat on his lap... thanks to his clumsy mom that let him fall over. He was in shock when we put him on Santa's lap... then the picture lady said, "I'm going to get you..." and starting coming towards him. He lost it! Tears and tears for that cute boy. Still wish we went down to University Mall.. to our favorite Santa. Especially because they let you take your own camera and get play by play action...like this year! Not the best pic of the kids.. but the only one that Luke wasn't screaming.
Lunch & Movie
We love the carousel at South Towne. Mylie remembered it was there, even before she saw it. Imagine that?! :) After lunch, the kiddos took a ride. Blurry pic. You get the idea.
After the mall entertainment, we headed back to the District for a movie.. TANGLED! Mylie loves the movie theater... it's so funny. She often refers to it as the "big movie". She watched the entire thing without moving and believe it or not, Luke did great up until the last 15 mins. Who knew?! What a darling movie!
Love it when Dad gets to stay home and play with us.

Such a fun day!!! Cute pics with Santa. Love it how awesome Mylie is.. That girl is special. Who does that?? Saves a picture since summer?? WOW!! My kids are still changing their gifts.. ha!
We just got back from University Mall.. they totally changed their policy. I was so disappointed.. Too many cheap Utahans. :) No cameras behind the gate. I always purchase a group picture but many people would just snap their own. I think the most tender part of visiting with Santa is the time they get to talk with him. No play by play for us this year either. :(
