Oh, how we love cousin time! We get so excited to see the Wirthlins... even when it's our "off holiday" when they're in town. Luckily, the snow fell hard for their vacation and these Texans were eager to freeze their buns in the snow. My little munchkins were excited too.. so that's what we did! The Moms/Aunties were the paparazzi and Uncle John was the entertainment. :) Poor Justin had to work.
I hurried out to Target before they arrived to get this little man outfitted for the snow! He had no idea what he was missing...:)
Uncle John was a trooper.. taking care of the little guys.

and first face plant!! Actually... a long time ago when Abby was a wee babe... Justin and I took her sledding.. perhaps for the first time... it ended in a face plant too! :)
My BIG kids... wondering when that happened?!

These cute boys bonded at Grandpa Blackner's funeral... when they were the only two kids around. Now they're buds for life. I think Connor was a little surprised to see "Baby Luke" walking around this time. :)

Uncle John convinced us to head back to our alma mater... BYU. I'll be honest.. I wasn't too jazzed about a trip down there. Haven't really had a desire to go back just yet.. but I'm happy to report that I had a great time. We enjoyed seeing the new buildings, eating Ellice's fav ice cream that may be mine now too and reminiscing about student life.
John actually stood in the MIDDLE of the street to get this shot. :) Thanks man.
After our appetizer of ice cream.. we met up with Justin after work for some yummy Smashburger. I'm addicted. Seriously addicted. We headed back to our house for some concluding play time. It was great.. so fun. I just love my family!! We're thrilled to see them again for Christmas up in WA. Thanks for another fun visit Wirthlins.
