Luke loved his birthday... at least we think he did anyway... no complaints from him! I loved having a day to squeeze this little guy even more and to shower him with attention. Best part about being a mom! Luke woke up to a lovely birthday song courtesy of Mylie and myself... as well as balloons everywhere!! By far.. his fav part!
Starting off the morning with sausage and eggs... full cheeks and pleased as punch!
In fact.. Luke just kept clapping.. and clapping.. and clapping!
10-min power nap on the way to grab lunch with Dad at Cafe Rio. Luke loves quesadillas!

Diving in a bit more... needed a spoon! Mylie ate more of Luke's cake than she did her own.

Sounds like the perfect first birthday! I really cannot believe I have only seen this little guy once since he was born! And hooray for him finally sleeping through the night!
awww.. so much fun. What a fun day. You are an awesome mom. I can't believe Luke is already one. CUTE BOY! CUTE CAKE. CUTE PICTURES! Just so you know Balloons are still the biggest hit ever for all of my baby's birthdays. Everyone loves balloons. :) Sometimes its the little things. Glad it turned out to be such an awesome day.
