Is she really "3" today?! I can't even believe how fast her little life has gone by. I love reflecting on how special she is to us on her special day. It's kind of a tradition.
Here are a few of the things that I love about Mylie these days:
I love...
* when I tell her something that she doesn't know, she says, "Yeah, I know, Mom."
* how much she loves Luke. She affectionately refers to him as "little buddy" and "Lukey"
* her desire to learn. The most recent questions she has asked are "Where does Jesus live?" and "Where do birds live?"
* her love of music and singing. She sings all day long, non-stop.
* it when she out of the blue says, "I love you too, Mom."
* her nonstop energy... well I love it most of the time! :)
* that she's starting to become "all girl". She loves dress-up, pretty hair, lip gloss, shoes... she begs to wear a dress every day.
* that her favorite songs are I Love to See the Temple, Teach Me to Walk in the Light, I am a Child of God
* her imagination. It's starting to go wild. Lately she's been telling me that she's the doctor and I'm the patient.
* her laugh and smile. They're both contagious.
* that she loves to help clean now. Give her a rag and she goes to town!
* her dancing skills. They are hilarious. And I love that when we're dancing.. she directs us by saying.. "go fast... now go slow." So funny.
* her prayers... she's starting to like saying them now.
* her inquisitive mind.
* her relationship with her Dad. She loves to look for him out the window when he gets home every night.
* that she loves to go "round and round".
* that she can be a home body and love to be out and about. She's known to say, "No go home, Mom. See more stuff."
* that she sleeps through the night... moving her to a twin bed was the best decision EVER.
* the love that we share.
* her love of the Temple, Jesus and church.
* that she goes to nursery by herself and loves it!
* that she loves playing with friends and makes friend easily.
* that she's potty trained!
* her new pout. It cracks me up.
* how excited she gets when she accomplishes things by herself. She loves being independent these days.
* it when she agrees with you when you compliment her, "Yeah, I am awesome" "gorgeous" or "funny". Makes me smile every time.
I just simply love our Mylie. She makes life more exciting and enjoyable.
Happy Birthday Myles! We love you!
