New Year's Eve

This was our second annual trip up to Temple Square on New Year's Eve. We knew Mylie would love it because she's SO into temples lately... and we were right. She loved running around looking at the lights. It was so cute.
Of course, it was freezing!! So, she didn't mind being held by her Dad for a minute or two.

This guy on the other hand hated life... the whole time. He cried and cried and cried. Poor little Luke. We even went inside, saw the Christus statue and warmed up. It didn't help our little man. But, Mylie LOVED seeing the Christus. When I walked up to it with her she said, "Hold him, Jesus?" So cute.

Mylie loved the Nativity scene. It was really neat and she kept saying... "See Jesus born... see Jesus born." Especially, when we were trying to get her to the car!

She was pretty bugged that Luke was having such an awful time. We were probably there a total of 30 mins max. Poor Mylie. She just wanted to run around and look at lights. Maybe next year Luke will be old enough to enjoy it. :)
