Christmas in Utah...

We're flying out tomorrow morning to South Carolina for Christmas.... we're really excited! And since we didn't want to take back all of our presents, we had Christmas a little early. Today was Christmas morning for us, well our first Christmas morning and we had lots of fun! We really didn't think Mylie would understand a lot of it, and didn't even think she'd open her presents... but she loved it! It was so fun to watch her get so excited over everything she opened! At times she was a little distracted by the paper.. but we made sure she stayed on task. :)
Mylie loved her book, cookie jar, elephant and vest! I just loved that she loved her presents. The smile on her face was priceless!! Christmas is so much more fun with kids!!! She was even eager to help us open our presents! Gotta love her...
After opening presents, we enjoyed a yummy breakfast-- gorilla bread and juice. It was very good... and I can already feel those holiday pounds creeping on. I decided we needed a little fruit in there too... next time!
All in all... our first Christmas morning was a success... and I just know our official one will be too! Yay for Christmas and smiling kids!! :)
