There are only a few things in this world that can calm Mylie in an instant... Tink being one of them. The next... Music and the Spoken Word. I'm taken back by how much Mylie loves this program. Luckily, I've been able to DVR the program and have a handful on hand. She will sit, motionless and listen to every word/note the choir sings. During the transitions, she starts stirring a bit, but once the music starts again, she's silent. It's amazing to watch the profound impact that music has on her and the simple spirit that it brings into our home. I can't wait to watch Mylie grow and develop even more and see how she will incorporate this love of music into her life.

Always surprising...

I think Mylie remembers that music from her
pre-home before she came to her little family. It brings back good feelings to her... :) It's really cute to hear how she loves music. It will be fun to see if she will love to practice the piano like her mother did.. ;)
How precious... I think it is so amazing how little children respond to music. It always amazes me. Maybe she is going to be a singer like her mom???
