While Dad was away.. we tried to play. Honestly, everything is just more fun when he's around! Justin headed to a commerical shoot in LA for work... for 5 whole days! It was honestly some of the hardest days I've had in a while. There's just something about not having any "backup". Justin typically gets home pretty late anyway... around 7:30pm, but the kids definitely look forward to their time with their Dad. Another part that made it rough was that we didn't talk for more than 20 mins the whole time too... they worked late and then entertained clients late into the night. I know it wasn't easy for him either.
I tried to make little things exciting... hence the picture after bath time. These two cute kids love each other so much.. and I love that!!
I also promised Mylie a trip to the Dino museum and we were thrilled that her friend Cassie could join us! Aren't they so cute together?
All in all, we survived. It made me appreciate Justin even more... the help he offers... and the breaks he gives me. :) We love you, Dad and we're so happy you're home!

Looks like you still had fun... even though your Daddy was away :). You are a great Mom to keep those kids busy :). It is never fun when Daddy's have to go.... but you did a great job of making the best of it :).
OH WOW!! Sounds like a crazy week. I remember when Tim had a job where he traveled.. rough days for sure... Looks like you guys had a blast and made the best of it. You are an awesome mom!!
