Gorgeous lillies from Justin
Grammie flew into town for my birthday weekend to watch Mylie while Justin and I were going to take a trip to Vegas... alone!! When the offer came in our on place, we decided to cancel the trip and search hard for houses. We're definitely up against a serious deadline to find a house and to be out of here. We were a little disappointed, but it was actually PERFECT timing because Grammie and Mylie played while Justin and I looked day after day for houses.
My birthday...the big 26... was actually perfect in every way! We woke up...ate a yummy breakfast at Kneaders.. and hung out. Afterwards, we drove out to some houses we were interested in and checked out some areas. By that time, it was nap time for Mylie, which meant we were able to finally get showered for the day.. shh! We hit up Olive Garden (for some reason I've been craving it like crazy!!) and then did some shopping. Justin surprised me with a body pillow... I love it!! I haven't been able to sleep lately... I'm so uncomfortable and my nerve pain is killing me. It was just the trick that I needed. He also bought the most beautiful flowers and my fav.. Coconut Creme Pie! What a guy! Grammie saved me with some new maternity clothes...helping me feel not so fat and not so ugly! :)
Mylie had the best time with Grammie. That girl LOVES attention and Grammie delivered. I'm appalled at myself for not getting any pics of them together!! What's up with that?! I kept thinking about it... but it never happened. They played with toys, ate lots of cookies, played outside, watched new movies and read stories. Mylie was in heaven. It was so fun to have Grammie here. Next time Grammie.. you'll actually have your own room!! :)
I didn't realize how exhausting it is looking for houses. It was so nice not stressing about Mylie. We looked at SO many houses and finally found one that we love. We put an offer in on Monday... hopefully we'll hear back soon. There are a couple other offers in on it, so we're hopeful but are trying to be prepared to be disappointed.
Babe, thanks for a wonderful birthday! Grammie, thanks for a fun weekend! You saved us! We really miss you tons!!!

I'm glad you had such a great birthday! Justin is a great husband! So I guess I need to call you and see if they accepted your offer huh? I feel your pain, house hunting is quite exhausting, especially when you are pregnant!
