Yesterday, Mylie had a playdate with her very best friend Bailey! Mylie loves Bailey!! We met for lunch at Quiznos and the moment Mylie saw Bailey.. she was trying desperately to jump out of my arms! It became quite the fight! Afterwards we came back to our house and played for hours. It was fun for both of us... I chatted it up with Lacey (Bailey's mom) and we laughed and laughed as we watched the girls play. Bailey is quite a bit older than Mylie-- 3 next month-- so it always makes for a funny dynamic when they play. Mylie doesn't quite know how she feels about all of the constant squeezes and kisses, and Bailey doesn't quite like that Mylie doesn't know how to share toys! :) It's pretty funny refereeing the whole thing, but despite the age gap, they truly love each other. They played hard and we even made a fort in Mylie's crib. They both cried when Bailey had to leave...it was pretty sad. We tried to comfort them with promises of new adventures next week! I'm so glad that Mylie has such a good friend that truly loves her... and always refers to her as "Baby Mylie". I think Mylie will be two and Bailey will still call her Baby Mylie! In all honesty.. Bailey and cousin Abby are a lot a like-- full of energy and love for Mylie... and we love them both! :) I really enjoy hanging out with Lacey too... she's a great friend and I look forward to many more adventures with the Silverios! :)

So cute! It is so convenient when you find someone you enjoy and the kids really like eachother and get along. What a fun day. We need to get together soon. Mylie is getting so big and she just keeps getting cuter and cuter. :)
good friends are the best! Jada's daughter, Savannah, always referred to Jake as "Baby Jake", even when he was 14 months.
