Happy 24 to me!! My birthday was awesome but we did have a rough start. Mylie wasn't really aware that it was my special day, and she cried almost all morning. :) I tried to get a couple hours of work in before the "festivities" began and in between cries. Justin came home early from work, which was the best gift ever! After we regrouped, we decided to go out to dinner at Outback. Justin must have given Mylie a good talkin' to, because she was great! She fussed a bit at dinner, but we took her out and she loved sittin' with her Dad. After dinner, I fed Mylie and then we headed to the mall. She was awesome and we had a great time. Justin was a good sport to go-- he hates shopping-- but we kept it at about an hour so he didn't get too burned out!
After we came home and did some stuff for our callings, we decided to give Mylie a bath. I was very adamant about her not crying anymore so we tried to make the bath as pleasant as possible! :) She loves baths but she hates getting dressed afterwards. So.. I thought.. what about a warm towel.. that would make her happy.. and what about the blow dryer, that would keep her warm. The warm towel was a hit-- she loved it!! The blow dryer worked well too...only for about 1 minute and then she got upset. DARN! We were so close to a perfect bath! We should have left it at the towel! :) All in all, it was a great birthday spent with the two most important people in my life! :) I love my little family!

Happy Birthday to you .... I am so glad that Mylie cooperated for you. You look so cute in your picture... did you get your hair cut? Trimmed? Anyway, I can't believe how quickly Mylie is changing... can't wait to see her again. (And you and Justin of course)
