I think sometimes we get caught up in the "next big thing" or the next stage in our life and we fail to enjoy the moment that we are in. I'll be honest, I am guilty of this!! Even with Mylie, sometimes I think... won't it be more fun when she can talk, or when interacts. But today I took the time to really think about what I love about the stage Mylie is at right this second! The first thing on my list... she isn't mobile! :) When picking up our room the other day, I propped her up on some pillows on my bed and didn't have to worry about her falling off or jumping off for that matter! How great is that!? I just had to take a picture! 
Some other things that I love about right now are: how snuggly she is... our one-on-one bonding time...her many inquisitive faces...the random smiles (from gas?)...that she loves baths...she loves to be held...she doesn't need toys to be entertained...the spirit she brings to our home...and of course... because she's perfect (besides the crying part)! What a blessing little Mylie Anne is!

You are so right... you have to enjoy all the stages - especially the one you are in :). What a wise woman :). Mylie looks adorable in these pictures. You are so good at always having the camera around.
